In the second generation, our children continue the business of the Vivenzio family. They have taken over our roastery, craftsmanship and love for coffee tradition. The result is an exceptional and authentic italian coffee.

- Roasting the beans gently and slowly for 17-20 minutes with 220°C hot air
- Resting the coffee in silos up to 72 hours
