How buying from MD Beverages works: minimum order, payment, bonded stock, documents and transport.
Who do you sell to?
Importers, wholesalers, distributors and cash & carries. We do not sell drinks to consumers. Our coffee is also available in smaller quantities in Belgium, online.
What is the minimum order?
Soft drinks, energy drinks and water: a full truck load. Spirits, champagne and beer: per pallet or per load. Mixed loads are possible on request.
Where is the stock?
In bonded warehouses in Belgium and the Netherlands, including Loendersloot in the Netherlands.
How does payment work?
We do not sell on credit. You inspect the goods in the warehouse, pay against the pro forma invoice, and the goods are released to your carrier.
Can I inspect the goods before I pay?
Yes. You or your agent can check the goods on site in the bonded warehouse before payment.
Do you supply under bond?
Yes. Goods can be supplied under T1 or T2, or duty paid. The customs status is fixed in the pro forma invoice.
Which documents come with a load?
Commercial invoice, packing list, e-AD or T1 as applicable, and a certificate of origin on request.
Do you arrange transport?
You can collect ex works with your own carrier, or we arrange transport with our partners: Bolloré Logistics for road transport, Ukraine Express for European road transport and Evergreen for sea freight.
How fast do I get an offer?
Usually within one working day. Send us the product, pack size, quantity and destination.
How can I see your prices?
Trade prices are shown to registered business customers after logging in. Ask for a trade account with your company name and VAT number.
