How MD Beverages works with importers, wholesalers and distributors.
Four steps
- You ask. Send the product, pack size, quantity and destination. We come back with a firm offer, usually within one working day.
- We confirm. Price, warehouse, customs status (T1, T2 or duty paid) and loading date are fixed in a pro forma invoice.
- You inspect. The goods are in a bonded warehouse in Belgium or the Netherlands. You or your agent check them on site.
- You pay, we release. After payment the warehouse releases the goods to your carrier, or we arrange transport.
We do not sell on credit. Inspection before payment keeps the deal safe for both sides: you only pay for goods you have seen.
Minimum order
Soft drinks, energy drinks and water: full truck load.
Spirits, champagne and beer: per pallet or per load.
Coffee: smaller quantities, also in Belgium, and online.
Where the goods are
Bonded warehouses in Belgium and the Netherlands, including Loendersloot (Netherlands).
Transport
Your own carrier, or ours: Bolloré Logistics for bonded and non-bonded road transport, Ukraine Express for European road transport, Evergreen for sea freight.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, e-AD or T1 as applicable, and certificate of origin on request.
